Haute Vault offers 4 tiered membership levels to our clients. These membership levels are striated by the monthly membership fee and access to pieces at specific price points. The membership levels are defined below.

In General, All Members are entitled to the following benefits:

• A portion up to 50% of the rental equity applied to the purchase of your favorite item(s).
• Bonus discounts and special promotional pricing
• Email alerts to periodic promotions and offers
• Exclusive email updates on the newest arrivals and latest trends
• Access to our Haute Vault Stylist
• Access to our Haute Vault Concierge
• Access to our Haute Vault interactive community and discussion board

Sterling Members - Sterling Members are entitled to rent pieces valued up to $5,000.00 and will pay a monthly membership fee of $15.00. Sterling members will be allowed two items at one time not to exceed $5,000.00

Gold Members – Gold Members are entitled to rent pieces valued up to $25,000.00 and will pay a monthly membership fee of $25.00. Gold Members will be allowed two items at one time not to exceed $25,000.00 Gold Members will receive our Haute Vault welcoming package which includes a ring-size tool, wrist measuring tape, and polishing cloth.

Platinum Members – Platinum Members are entitled to rent pieces valued up to $50,000.00 and will pay a monthly membership fee of $50.00. Platinum Members will be allowed three items at one time not to exceed $50,000.00. As a Platinum Member, if your desired item is not available the day of your preselected date Haute Vault will automatically offer you a comparable item of equal or greater value at no additional expense. Platinum Members will receive our Haute Vault welcoming package which includes a ring-size tool, wrist measuring tape, and polishing cloth.

Diamond Members – Diamond Members have access to nearly the entire collection within the Vault, valued up to $100,000.00 and will pay a monthly membership fee of $250.00. Diamond members will be allowed three items at any one time and will not be able to exceed a retail value of $100,000.00. As a Diamond Member if your desired item is not available the day of your pre-selected date, Haute Vault will automatically offer a comparable item of equal or greater value at no additional expense. Diamond Members will receive our Haute Vault welcoming package which includes a ring-size tool, wrist measuring tape, polishing clothes, and jewelry cleaners reissued several times annually.

Corporate Members – Haute Vault recognizes the interests and demand of the corporate member. In this case, the corporation itself will act as the individual and must qualify for the desired level of membership. Corporate Memberships can be tailored individually to meet the specific needs, i.e. number of recipients to receive items for incentives and rewards and the number of items allowed per recipient. Examples of Corporate Members may be, but are not limited to, Law Firms/Financial Institutions offering their top performing employees a “watch of the month club”, Hotel Groups offering inclusive wedding jewelry packages for the Bride and Groom, etc. For further information regarding corporate membership please contact info@hautevault.com
